Yes, the cost is BDS$50 per candidate per subject.

I am responsible for the registration of candidates at a private centre. The candidates from the centre are registered for the Alternative or Re-sit option. The system is not allowing me to enter the rank and estimated grades of the candida
It is not a problem. The ORS does not make it compulsory for private centres to submit rank and estimated grades for the candidates.

Why is it that we cannot see some of the candidates on the SBA Data Capture screen even though they are all assigned?
If the subject has a large number of candidates, some of them will not be displayed on the screen at any one time. The numbers at the bottom of the screen...

What could have caused all the SBA marks keyed for a candidate to disappear from the ORS?
If the candidate is unassigned from a teacher, the SBA marks will be removed automatically.

After forwarding my SBA file to the Ministry I saw a message on my computer screen that the SBA is pending. What does that mean?
It means that the SBA file is resident at the Ministry awaiting to be forwarded to CXC.

Candidates from my school are registered to take the CSEC PE & Sport and CSEC Theatre Arts examinations. Should the marks for the practical component be submitted through the ORS?
Only those for Theatre Arts should be sent through the ORS. The PE & Sport practical marks should be submitted by the Examiner/Assessor to the CXC Loc...

Do I have to register for the CSEC Business Certificate or the CAPE Diploma?
No. These programmes are automatically awarded when the candidate becomes qualified.
