A candidate attending a school or full-time educational institution is required to complete the appropriate form at the school. A candidate at a private centre (educational institutions not recognised by the Council as a full-time educational institution) must complete the form at the centre or at the office of the CXC Local Registrar. Local Registrars must forward all forms to CXC by the specified deadline. Only requests for a script review (i.e. a remarking of the script) attract a fee. General enquiries into results are free of charge.
