A CXC Local Registrar is a person appointed by the local Ministry of Education to administer the Council’s examinations. The office of the CXC Local Registrar is normally located in the Ministry of Education. In Jamaica however, the CXC Local Registrar’s Office is located at the Overseas Examinations Commission.
