CAPE official Document

My son who attended Manning School in Sav-la-mar did four subjects in CAPE in June 2016. He migrated to the USA shortly after receiving the preliminary results later in 2016. He however needs his official results for matriculation and credits transfer for university which he hopes to start this summer. How and from where can I access this document. I am getting rather frustrated at this time and really need some assistance.

I can't access my daughter cxc 2020 result, I keep getting access denied or invalid information, am confused, so I want to know how to get her result??
