i paid for a transcript and never got it. Then i got an email from you guys after i file a complaint. I was told that i needed to send my prospective employer email and address so it could be sent to them and which i did, so now I am just doing a follow up. One to see if the email was received by you guys and two if the transcript was sent to the address as requested

i did fill out a form already when i made the payment. When i saw time was passing and we didn’t see or receive anything, i made a complaint. Then i got an email from you guys telling me i need to send the address and email address of my education institute or my prospective employer and which i did. I sent all the information of my prospective employer. so could you please guide or send me the right type of information or form i need to full out again. Right now i am really on a time crunch here, need this transcript like yesterday. My livelihood depends on it. Thanks once again
